You here by declare that all information given by me is true and complete and I understand that this application will go through a vetting process
by Accepting this Application, I declare that
My employer should deduct my loan repayment installment amount from my monthly salary, allowances and any other benefits every month with immediate effect and pay the amount directly to the Mint Microfinance Limited.
Post dated cheques will be issued or standing order willbe placed on my account for the repayment of the loan.
Consent Clause
I hereby authorize THE MINT MICROFINANCE LIMITED to:
(a) Submit information on my credit transaction to XDS DATA GHANA, a credit bureau licensed under the Credit Reporting Act, 2007 (Act 726)
(b) Obtain credit reports on me from a credit bureau licensed under the same Act above(a), for the purpose of credit management
